About the Service

VPNRoll Service Overview

VPNRoll’s service principles: explain international routes by use case, and make pricing and support processes easy to find.

Everyday cross-border access

VPNRoll offers cross-border connectivity plans for people who access international websites, use AI tools, or stream content. Its network spans 100+ countries and 220+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. There’s no limit on simultaneous devices. Choose based on the services you use and your habits, then decide whether a monthly plan or a data package that never expires suits you better.

Route Selection & Troubleshooting

Routes are organized by region and type. When choosing one, consider your destination, what you’ll use it for, and how the connection performs in practice—one speed test isn’t a long-term measure. Access to streaming platforms and AI tools may also depend on account region and platform policies, so check availability for yourself.

If you have connection issues, first check your subscription status, client settings, and exit region. If the problem persists, open a support ticket in the user panel with your device platform, selected route, and the error you see. Hide passwords and subscription credentials before submitting. The service offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund; see the Terms of Service for details.

Privacy & Data Minimization

VPNRoll follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Account information is collected and processed only as needed to provide the service. A username and password are all you need to create an account—no email address required. A no-logs policy does not mean account, order, and support ticket information is never collected; see the Privacy Policy for details. When troubleshooting, share only what’s necessary and avoid including personal content in screenshots or attachments.
